Our Facility
With a 45,000-square-foot facility, Lsrmold has the capacity to develop products and components from the initial prototype design through to mold fabrication and final assembly. Each process is conducted in isolated areas within the facility, ensuring precision and efficiency while providing ample space for expansion.
Equipment and Automation
At Lsrmold, we are dedicated to continuous improvement and strategic investments in equipment and personnel to enhance our capabilities in injection molding, pad printing, and prototype production. Our commitment ensures that we meet evolving customer needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Current Equipment Includes:
- Injection Molds: We operate 46 injection molding presses, ranging from 11 to 200 tons, running 24/7. Our capabilities encompass micro molding, insert molding, standard injection molding, and specialized systems, supported by on-shift quality control and technical assistance.
- Pad Printing: Our 18 offset pad printing machines transfer two-dimensional ink images onto three-dimensional molded parts.
- Laser Marking: We utilize a 3-Axis UV laser for high-quality, flexible marking, offering faster speeds and improved production capacity.
- Free Form Injection Molding: The AddiFab Toolmaker enables precise 3D-printed tooling with detailed features down to 10µm.
- CT Scanning: The RX Solutions DeskTom CT Scanner performs non-destructive x-ray inspections and measurements of complex and freeform 3D injection-molded parts.
- Optical Measuring: We use advanced optical measuring systems, including the Keyence IM-7000 and LM-1100 for automated measurements, and the Micro Vu Vertex 342 for high-resolution, camera-based assessments.
- EDM Mold Fabrication: The Charmilles Roboform® 350 CNC EDM machine fabricates molds and precision dies with polished finishes and micron-level details.
- Milling Machine: The Mikron HSM 500 MoldMaster high-speed milling machine handles a range of mold and die-related components with precision.
- 3D Printing: We utilize the Raise Pro2 for standard 3D prototypes and the ProJet® Multi Jet Printer (MJP) 3600 Series for fine details and smooth finishes on high-performance parts.
